Dave has 25+ years experience in conceptual & detailed design, engineering, commercial costing, commissioning and trouble shooting of process plant in the areas of heat and mass transfer, specialising in evaporation and crystallization equipment. Much of this experience was gained in the field of waste water volume minimization and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) applications. The pinnacle of this experience was the development of processes where the recovery of value adding by-products from effluents is achieved.
As director of Process Plant Technology (Pty) Ltd, Dave in conjunction with co-founder and partner, Stuart Bradbury are able to offer high level input into most evaporator / crystalliser applications encountered in the chemical processing, petrochemical, fertilizer, food, and water treatment industries, with specific expertise in ZLD and water recovery from difficult applications. |

Key Qualifications:
Stuart Bradbury qualified with BSc in chemical engineering in 1965 at the Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.
He has over 40 years’ experience in the design, sales and construction of a wide range of chemical and mineral processing plants. He made a special study of evaporation and crystallisation plants and he has been involved in the design and construction of over 150 turnkey installations in South Africa, neighbouring countries and Australia.
Stuart Bradbury is co-founder and director of Process Plant Technology (Pty) Ltd, a company focused on developing and implementing evaporator and crystalliser technology through the construction of turn-key installations, generally in conjunction with larger contracting enterprises. |

He continues to focus on developing break-through solutions for key clients, whilst guiding the Group’s overall technical focus. |

Elie Sakhat holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (ESIB) and went through the CEDEP General Management Program (INSEAD)
Elie assumed, within large multinationals (Suez, Lyonnaise des Eaux, Dumez), various design, projects and operations management positions in France, South Africa and the Middle East for more than 20 years prior to joining PROXA as the Chief Executive Officer in 2008.
Since 1994, Elie has been exclusively working in the water treatment sector initially in the domestic water delivery to urban agglomerations such as Bordeaux in France, and has focused in the last 10 years on industrial water treatment mainly in the petrochemicals, mining, power generation and heavy industry sectors. |

Patrick Ayoub holds an MBA from the University of Hartford Connecticut and went through the INSEAD-CEDEP General Management Program.
After 5 years in commercial banking with Credit Suisse, Patrick held several finance positions at United Technologies Otis Elevators and ENGIE / SUEZ. Patrick joined ENGIE / SUEZ in 1994 and has been since in the water industry.
After 15 years in South Africa as CEO of WSSA (2000-2010) and executive chairman of PROXA since 2008, Patrick is also focusing on the international development of the PROXA group (PROXA Middle East, Proxa Australia). |
